摘　　要：就业服务信息化工作,是提升就业服务专业化水平的重要标志,也是提高就业服务质量和增强政策落实效果的坚实基础,深入总结和探究我市就业服务信息化发展和应用过程中存在的经验与缺陷具有重要意义。通过对我市就业服务信息网络建设现状、存在问题和信息化需求进行分析和研究,确定我市劳动就业服务信息化在发展过程中,应遵循发展和应用相适应、统一与特色相协调、资金与建设相衔接等思路,实现就业服务信息的集中统一管理,提高数据质量,发挥信息的导向作用。The employment service informationization is the important symbol to promote the specialization level of the employment service,and it is the solid foundation to improve the quality of the employment service and to enhance the policy implementation.It is of great significance to find out the advantages and disadvantages in the process of our city＇s development and application of the employment service informationization.By analyzing and researching our city＇s employment service information network construction,the existing problems and the informationization demands,we believe in the idea of the agreement between development and application,the coordination of unity and specialty,the linking of funding and construction.In this way,we can achieve the centralized global administration of the employment service information,improve the data quality,and display the guidance function of the information.
