摘　　要：基于农村最低生活保障对农村居民生活的重要性,阐述了农村低保在实施过程中存在的信息不透明、低保对象确定的不客观、工作程序不规范等问题,并针对性的提出了基层工作人员在履行工作职责中应规范工作程序、科学确定低保对象,上级有关部门要制定有效的监督机制确保农村低保的顺利进行等建议。Based on the importance of rural minimum living security system for rural residents,the problems areintroduced such as information is not transparent,the people needed security could not be determined objectively,and the working procedure is not standardized.The suggestions are put forward including standardizing the working procedure for grass-root workers implementing their duty,determining scientifically the people needed security,and making effective supervision mechanism by higher departments to ensure the successful operations.
