摘　　要：土地利用更新调查是国家用以查清土地数量、质量、分布、权属、利用现状及动态变化和规律的一项技术和管理措施。阐述了3S技术在土地变更调查中的应用,介绍了以MAPGIS土地调查管理软件为平台进行土地变更调查的主要方法和技术,以期为土地变更调查统计工作提供借鉴与指导。The land use updating investigation is the technology and management method for a nation to find out the quantity,quality,distribution,possession,utilization status,dynamic changing and rule of land.The application of 3S technology in land change survey is described.The main methods and technology of land change survey based on MAPGIS land survey and management software are introduced in order to provide guidance for the statistic work in land change survey.
