摘 要:利用电化学沉积法制备了SrF2和稀土元素掺杂SrF2薄膜,并利用XRD、FE-SEM、PL等对其物相、形貌和光学性能进行了表征。研究了稀土离子的不同掺杂比例对荧光发射强度的影响。通过阳极氧化抗坏血酸钠的方法,降低了工作电极表面的pH值,从而使Sr-EDTA络合物释放出Sr2+和F-在电极表面成膜。XRD表明,制得的SrF2为立方相且(111)为优势取向。FE-SEM表明,电沉积法制得的SrF2薄膜均匀致密,由直径为200~400 nm的小球组成。SrF2为良好的荧光基质,优化掺杂Eu3+和Tb3+的薄膜表现出强烈的荧光发射。Strontium fluoride(SrF2) and the rare earth(RE) doped SrF2 films have been prepared by the electrichemical deposition method.SrF2 films have been deposited on working electrode through anode electrochemical generated acid in solutions near room temperature.In the same way,RE-doped CaF2 films have been grown on working electrode.The film morphology studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) reveals that they are dense films which are composed of little spheres.The films shows a little 111 prefered orientation by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The optical properties of the electrodeposited SrF2,SrF2:Eu and SrF2:Tb films were characterized by photoluminescence(PL),and all films exhibit intense emission peaks.The relationship between luminescence intensity and mole ratio of rare earth ions were also studied in this work.
