激发参政觉悟 健全参政平台——充分发挥民主党派参政作用的新思考

摘　　要：在新时期,如何充分发挥民主党派的参政议政和民主监督作用,目前最重要的是做好相互联系的两件事:一是激发民主党派的参政觉悟。即要强化其参政意识,由"听政"向"参政"转化;强化其主体意识,由"应邀参政"向"主动参政"转化;强化其履职意识,由"思想参政"向"行动参政"转化。二是健全民主党派的参政平台。即要构筑和健全民主党派的调研平台、建言平台和监督平台。In the new period, it is important to bring into full play the role of the Democratic Party＇s participating in polities and the role of democratic supervision. Two related things must be done.First, Stimulate the Democratic Party＇s consciousness of participating in politics. Strengthen its awareness of taking part in politics, transforming from ＂observing the management of State affairs＇to ＂taking part in it＂; strengthen its awareness role, transforming from ＂being invited＂to ＂ taking part actively＂; strengthen its awareness of fulfilling of the principal its duty, trans-forming from＂taking part ideologically＂to＂taking part practically＂. Secondly, perfect the platform for the Democratic Party to participate in politics; that is, construct and perfect the platform for the Democratic Party to make investigation, express opinions, and fulfill its duty of supervision.
