摘　　要：公安院校第二专科专业教育模式的全新构建,要求对学员的思想政治教育势必随着教育形态的变化而注入全新的特色内涵。一方面,从教育规律而言,思想政治教育必须体现公安高等职业教育特点;另一方面,作为承担思想育人职能的主渠道,思想政治课程能否有创新的思路与行动去实施教学,不仅直接反映了教学的实效性,更会影响到育人的效果。The building of the new educational model for the trainees of the second college diploma in police academies calls for new content into the ideological and political education along with the changing educational forms.On one hand,from the view of educational laws,the ideological and political education must reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education of police;on the other hand,as a main channel of educating people, whether the ideological and political course can be implemented with innovative ideas and actions not only directly reflects teaching effectiveness,but also affects the effect of education.
