摘　　要：近年来,房地产市场有关房地产面积的纠纷比较多。针对这一问题,我处在最近几年根据市场情况以及南京的现状,出台了多部关于面积测算方面的规范以及相配套的测绘业务问题处理规定,现就实际工作中出现的几个问题,提一点看法和意见。Recently,there is more and more dispute about real estate area in real estate market.According to this problem and based on market situation and the current situation in Nanjing,the property rights market department has issues some standards about area measurement and some provisions about business problems dealing which are matching with the standards.Some practical issues occur in work are put forward in this paper.
