摘　　要：试验设计的优劣直接或间接地决定了试验能否获得成功。复杂试验设计的应用,使一些问题的研究更加深入。文章讨论了农学、医学、生物学研究中试验设计方面出现的常见问题,介绍了最优回归试验设计,并举例说明了二次通用旋转组合设计的应用。The quality of experimental design directly or indirectly decides whether the experiment succeeds.The application of complex experimental design deepens some issues about related research.Some common problems of experimental designs of biological,agricultural,medical research are discussed.The optimum regression design is introduced.The application of quadratic general rotary unitized design is also described with examples.
