摘  要:基于故障树分析法的基本原理,建立30mm航空杀伤爆破弹失效故障树,对装药弹体失效进行定性和定量分析,对每个底事件进行概率重要度分析,得出热处理失效和压药密度低是装药弹体失效的关键事件,为小口径弹药系统可靠性提供了参考.According to the principle of Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),the fault tree model of the failure of 30mm projectile for airforce was established.Based on charging projectile failure,fault analysis had been made qualitatively and quantitatively,the importance degree of each basic event was analyzed.From the result we can found that low density of pressing powder and the failure of heat treatment was the very cause for the charging projectile failure,and this was of a reference for the reliability of the small-caliber ammunition system.
