摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的高校图书馆引入了绩效管理,实施绩效管理可以改善图书馆的服务效果,提高工作绩效,增强馆员工作满意感和图书馆凝聚力。根据我国高校图书馆特点,实施绩效管理应从资源建设、树立形象、制度改革、员工培训等方面入手,构建科学的高校图书馆绩效管理评价体系,以最大限度地发挥图书馆的作用。In recent years, more and more university libraries have adapted performance management to augment the effectiveness of the library services, improve customer service to, increase work efficiency, and to raise employee morale. Considening the the unique characteristics of China＇s university libraries, the implementation of such plan will require proper resource development, image building, institutional reform, and re-training of the employees.
