摘  要:为了对脉冲涡流瞬态响应信号进行在线检测,设计了一种双通道实时涡流检测数据采集系统.它以高性能单片机和复杂可编程逻辑器件为控制核心,外围扩展有信号调理、人机接口以及串口通信等模块,单片机采集到的数据通过其串口送上位PC机进行滤波、存储和特征提取,以快速地判断被测金属试件是否存在裂纹等缺陷信息.实验结果表明,该系统工作性能稳定,数据采集精度较高,两个通道信号能同步协调地工作.A double channel real-time data acquisition system of eddy current testing was designed to detect transient response signal of the pulsed eddy current online,in which MCU with high performance and complex programmable logic device(CPLD) were served as the core control units and some peripheral modules including signal conditioning,man-machine interface and serial communication parts were extended.The collected data was transmitted to the PC by serial communication;and then the data was filtered,stored and its characteristics were extracted to quickly check whether crack defect existed in the surface of the metal specimen.Experimental results show that the system has stable working performance,high data acquisition accuracy,and the double channel signals can be synchronous.
