摘 要:针对菜心未熟抽薹现象,以早熟品种油青四九为材料,研究不同浓度脱落酸和烯效唑,分别在2~3叶期、4~5叶期、6~8叶期3个时期,单一和混合施用对菜心现蕾期、植株生长和产量的影响。结果表明,在2~3叶期和4~5叶期,脱落酸和烯效唑混合处理既可推迟菜薹现蕾期,也可提高菜薹产量,以2~3叶期脱落酸20 mg/L+烯效唑300 mg/L处理菜薹产量最高。在6~8叶期,脱落酸和烯效唑处理虽可在一定程度上推迟菜薹现蕾期,但降低了菜薹的产量。The objectives of the present study were to investigate the effects of ABA and uniconazole on bolting characteristic and yield of flowering Chinese cabbage.Flowering Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis var.utilis Tsen et Lee cv Youqing 49) were sprayed with different concentrations of ABA and uniconazole at 2~3,4~5,and 6~8 leaf stages,respectively.The results showed that at 2~3 and 4~5 leaf stages,rationally combined treatment of ABA and uniconazole could control the bolting of plants and improve the yield.However,at 6~8 leaf stage,although exogenous application of ABA and uniconazole could control the bolting,the treatments had bad effect on the yield.Within all treatments,the treatment ABA 20 mg/L+ uniconazole 300 mg/L at 2~3 leaf stage resulted in highest yield.
