治伤散巴布剂治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察治伤散巴布剂治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法选择150例急性闭合性软组织损伤病例,随机分为A组(治伤散散剂组)、B组(治伤散涂膜剂组)、C组(巴布剂组)各50例,分别给予相应外用药物治疗,在治疗后第1、3、5、7天进行临床证候计分,评定疗效。结果 A、C组治疗7 d后临床症状体征改善的总有效率显著高于B组(P<0.01);总体症状体征改善程度各时相点明显优于B组(P<0.01);单项症状体征比较,A、C组疼痛、肿胀改善程度明显优于B组(P<0.01),3组瘀斑、局部压痛、功能障碍等体征均有不同程度缓解,A、C组改善优于B组(P<0.01)。不良反应发生率C组明显低于A、B组(P<0.01)。结论治伤散巴布剂对急性闭合性软组织损伤主要临床症状、体征有明显缓解作用,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cataplasm of curing Injury powder on acute closed soft tissue injury.Methods 150 patients with acute closed soft tissue injury were divided randomly into group A,treated with powder preparation of injury curing powder,group B with plastic preparation of injury curing powder and group C with cataplasm preparation,50 patients per group,and were treated respective with external drugs in all groups.After the first,third,fifth and seventh day of treatment,the primary symptoms and secondary symptoms were scored respectively and statistically analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results 7 days after,total effective rates of improvement in clinical symptoms and signs in both group A and C were significantly higher than that in group B（P〈0.01）;the all levels of improving signs at each time points were better than that in group B（P〈0.01）;the single sign improving,such as pain and swelling in group A and C were better than that in group B（P〈0.01）.Incidence of adverse effect was 56% in group A,21% in group B and 6% in group C.Conclusion Cataplasm preparation of injury curing powder is very effective to relieve the main clinical symptoms and signs in acute closed soft tissue injury and with few adverse effect.
