改良外剥内扎加芍倍注射术治疗混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良外剥内扎加芍倍注射术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ期混合痔的临床疗效。方法用随机法将患者分为治疗组51例行改良外剥内扎加芍倍注射术,对照组52例行传统外剥内扎术。结果治疗组在术后疼痛、便血积分、住院天数、肛门局部水肿的发生率等各项观察指标均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良外剥内扎加芍倍注射术治疗Ⅱ期以上混合痔安全有效,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of an improved external dissection and internal ligation operation combining Shaobei injection for Ⅱ°-Ⅳ° mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 103 patients were randomly divided 51 patients into treatment group treated with the improved operation and 52 patients into control group with the traditional operation,and the curative rate was measured.Results The occurrences of pain after operation,hemorrhage scores,treatment times and anus swelling,and so on in treatment group were superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The improved operation is effective and safe for the over II° mixed hemorrhoids with less side effects,which suggests that can be used in clinic.
