针刺对单纯性肥胖症患者食欲调控作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺对单纯性肥胖症患者食欲的调控作用。方法采用随机单盲的试验方法将74例患者分为2组,治疗组48例用常规针治疗,对照组26例用安慰针治疗。两组均选用脐周十二穴及梁丘、足三里和阴陵泉进行治疗,每周治疗3次,12次为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后体质指数(BMI),进食欲望、饥饿感、饱胀感、意愿进食欲望,设计视觉类比量表(VAS)评分及胃液体残存率的变化。结果⑴治疗组BMI治疗后与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑵治疗组在治疗后胃液体残存率较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),两组在治疗后胃液体残存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑶两组治疗后进食欲望、饥饿感、意愿进食欲望VAS分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),饱胀感分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗前后进食欲望、饥饿感、意愿进食欲望VAS分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),饱胀感分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺可以调节单纯性肥胖症患者的食欲以减轻患者体质量。Objective To observe the regulation effect of acupuncture therapy for appetite in obesity patients.Methods 74 obesity patients were randomized into treatment group（group A,n=48） treated with traditional acupuncture therapy and control group（group B,n=26） with acupuncture placebo therapy.The points of 12 acu-points around umbilicus,Liangqiu,Zusanli and Yinlinquan in both groups were used,three times per week,12 times in one course.The BMI,appetite,hungry sensation,fullness sensation and desire eating,the VAS was designed for scores and measuring gastric liquid.Results ①The BMI obviously declined in group A,compared with group B,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）;②The survival rate of gastric liquid obviously enhanced in group A,The differences were significant compared with group B（P〈0.01）.③The VAS scores of desire to eat,hunger and prospective food consumption were significantly different（P〈0.05）,the fullness differences of VAS scores between group A and group B was no significant（P〉0.05）,and the VAS differences of appetite,hungry sensation,fullness sensation and desire eating before and after treatment in group A were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can lose weight by regulating to appetite for obesity patients.
