摘　　要：介绍2010年第47届国际风景园林师联合会(IFLA)国际大学生设计竞赛一等奖作品的设计思路和成果。该方案以山西临县碛口古镇为研究对象,在分析了碛口古镇的历史变迁过程及现状问题之后,依照古镇的保存现状将其分成了西市和中市、东市、西头村3个部分来分析优劣势,之后提出了"保护—更新—再生"的具有区域针对性的规划模式,目的是使碛口由古代的水陆码头转型为现代的特色旅游小镇,并且保持古镇的完整风貌。而一些珍贵的场地特质将被再生到新建的区域中,生活条件的改善将吸引周围的居民回到古镇生活,使没落的古镇重新焕发生机。This paper introduces the conception and design content of ＂Saving An Endangered Old Town Along the Yellow River—A Harmonious Revitalization of Qikou Old Town＂, a design work that received the First Prize of the International Student Design Competition of the 47th Annual IFLA World Congress 2010. The subject of this project is located in the old town of Qikou, Shanxi Province, China. After the analysis of a series of problems and issues related to the history and current times that the town is facing at the moment, a report was finished in the following aspects： regarding the central, east and west, three villages were selected to analyze their advantages and disadvantages, and then a plan of ＂protection—restoration—regeneration＂ was proposed. The proposal of this plan is to transform the old port site into a new unique tourism town for modern times, without sacrificing its traditional features. Some precious landforms will be reused in the newly-built areas. The modernization of the living condition will attract the old residents back to the town, and add vitality to the place.
