摘　　要：房地产行业的资金主要来源于商业银行,研究房地产企业和银行的关系具有重要的意义。本文运用博弈论基本理论和方法,通过建立房地产开发企业和商业银行的借贷动态博弈模型,分析得到了不同情况下的银行与房地产企业的博弈均衡。针对以上分析,本文提出了完善房地产融资、促进房地产企业和银行关系良性循环的一些建议。The capital of real estate mainly comes from commercial banks,so it is significant to study the relationship between real estate enterprises and banks.By applying the basic theories and methods of game theory to build the lending dynamic game model of real estate development enterprises and commercial banks,we obtain a game equilibrium of banks and real estate enterprises under different conditions.Finally some suggestions are given on how to improve the real estate finance and build the benign circulation between real estate enterprise and commercial banks.
