摘　　要：文章介绍了在重卷机组控制系统中所采用的一种转矩预控补偿方法。当系统加/减速时,为了优化调速性能和保证调节器的最佳化工作,对动态转矩、摩擦转矩和转动惯量等进行预先补偿。此预控方法设计合理、实现简单,采用此预控方法的系统更加稳定,可以有效提高成品率。This paper introduces a method for torque pre-control compensation in the control system of recoiler groups.When the system accelerates or decelerates,in order to optimize the speed adjusting performance or ensure the best work of the regulator,carrying out pre-compensation to dynamic torque,friction torque and rotational inertia.This pre-control method is designed reasonably and realized simply,and the system with it is more stable and can improve the rate of finished product effectively.
