延边地区特色民俗食品产业发展前景分析——以延边地区泡菜产业为例

摘　　要：泡菜产业是延边地区独具特色的民俗食品产业,自上世纪80年代进入市场以后,由于生产经营企业市场观念滞后、品牌意识淡薄等原因使发展受到限制。文章通过对延边泡菜产业发展现状进行分析,认为从资源整合、文化注入等方向进行战略调整,将能促进其市场开拓进程。The pickled vegetable industry is the folk custom food industry in Yanbian area,since entered the market after the 1980s,because the lag of market concept and light of brand consciousness,so development were restricted.Through analyzing the present situation of Yanbian pickled vegetable industrial,this paper proposed that from resources conformity,the culture pours into and so on directions to make the strategic adjustment,will be able to promote its market development advancement.
