摘  要:目的:研究南刘寄奴中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:应用正交设计表L9(34)优化南刘寄奴中总黄酮的提取工艺,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、液料比对提取物中南刘寄奴总黄酮含量的影响。结果:总黄酮提取工艺中乙醇浓度为主要影响因素,提取时间次之,溶媒倍数影响最小,最佳提取工艺为:加药材15倍量、浓度为85%的乙醇提取4 h。结论:用上述工艺提取,南刘寄奴中总黄酮量最高。Objective : To optimize the extraction technology for total flavonoids from Artemisia anomala. Methods: Orthogonal design was adopted and the content of total flavonoids from Artcmisia anomala was taken as index. The ethanol concentration,extraction duration and the ratio of solvent to material were selected as variable factors. Results:The order of factors which affected the content of total flavonids was as follows :ethanol concentration〉extraction duration〉ratio of solvent to material. The proper condition of extracting total flavonoids from Artemisia anomala was as follows:85% ethanol for 15 times quantity of medicinal materials in the process of extraction,extracting for 4 h. Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids from Artemisia anomala is the highest with above extraction technology.
