摘　　要：链脲佐菌素(STZ)对实验动物的胰岛B细胞具有高度选择性毒性作用,目前已较多使用STZ来建立糖尿病动物模型。本文拟就STZ致动物胰岛的组织学变化作一综述。Streptozotocin（STZ） has a highly selective toxicity effect to the Pancreas islet B-cell of the animal used in experiment.Presently,STZ is used more for developing the animal model of diabetic mellitus.This Paper is to summarize the histological change of the Pancreas islet of the animal treated with STZ.
