摘 要:目的研究皂角刺药材气化爆鸣液的抑菌作用及成分。方法采用体外抑菌实验对皂角刺气化爆鸣提取液抑菌效果进行测定,并与其水煎液和醇提液进行了比较;同时采用HPLC法对3种提取液进行了分析比较,并对皂角刺气化爆鸣液成分进行了质谱扫描。结果气化爆鸣法提取的皂角刺药材的有效成分抑菌效果较好,且其成分与另2种提取液的成分不同。结论采用专利技术"气化爆鸣法"所提取的药材有效成分质量浓度较高,且提取液颗粒直径为50~100 nm,这对于纳米中药的发展是个很好的尝试。Objective To investigate the antimicrobial activity and the constituents extracted from Spina Gleditsiae with gasification and fulmination method.Methods Extracts from Spina Gleditsiae with water,alcohol,gasification and fulmination method respectively.The antimicrobial activity was determined in-vitro,and the constituents of three extracts were analyzed by HPLC.The constituents extracted with gasification and fulmination method were analyzed by UPLC-MS.Results Antimicrobial activity of the constituents extracted with gasification and fulmination method is more significant than the other two,in which the constituents were obviously different.Conclusion It can enrich the effective constituents with gasification and fulmination method,in which the particle diameter is 50-100 nm,and it′s a good try to develop the nano-Chinese medicine.
