摘  要:目的建立显脉香茶菜中nodosin的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Dikmonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(体积比37∶63);流速:1 mL·min-1;检测波长:231 nm;柱温:35℃。结果 nodosin在显脉香茶菜的茎和叶中的质量分数分别为0.052、0.982 mg·g-1,在茎中的质量分数约是叶中的1/19。显脉香茶菜叶中nodosin的平均回收率为100.12%,RSD值为1.62%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、专属性强、分离度好,适用于显脉香茶菜药材中nodosin的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of nodosin in leaves and stems of Rabdosia nervosa.Methods HPLC was performed with the mobile phase of methanol-water(37∶63) on a Dikmonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) reversed-phase column at 35 ℃,at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,and 231 nm as detected wavelength.Results The content of nodosin was 0.052 mg·g-1in the stems and 0.982 mg·g-1in the leaves,and the content in the stems was about one nineteenth of that in leaves.The average recovery of nodosin was 100.12%(RSD=1.62%,n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for quantitative determination of nodosin in Rabdosia nervosa.
