摘 要:针对膜分离系统进水水质的要求,对新型的多孔弹性滤料压缩过滤技术与传统的石英砂过滤技术进行了饮用水深度处理效果对比实验研究.实验结果表明,不同压缩率的多孔弹性滤料过滤对污染物具有良好的去除效果,且均优于石英砂.多孔弹性滤料的压缩率与浊度、铁的平均去除率呈明显的正相关关系.经压缩率为70%的多孔弹性滤料过滤后,出水的浊度、铁、CODMn及DOC的平均浓度分别为0.35 NTU,0.05mg.L-1,1.73 mg.L-1以及1.48 mg.L-1;可基本满足膜分离系统对进水水质的要求.A new filtering technology using compressed porous flexible medium was developed for meeting the requirements of influent quality of membrane separation system in advanced treatment of drinking water and its pollutant removal performances were compared with the traditional filtering technology using quartz sand medium.All indices of pollutant removal obtained by the new filtering technology with different compression rates of porous flexible medium are better than those obtained by the traditional filtering technology.Positive correlation is existed between the compression rate of porous flexible medium and the average removal rates of turbidity and iron.Average concentrations of turbidity,iron,CODMn,and DOC in effluent under the filtering condition of 70% compression rate of porous flexible material are 0.35 NTU,0.05 mg·L-1,1.73 mg·L-1 and 1.48 mg·L-1,respectively,which show that the new filtering technology can basically meet the requirements of membrane separation system to influent qualities.
