摘　　要：随着大学生数量的增加,大学生找工作越来越难.剖析大学生就业难的现状与原因,从大学生自身、学校、社会、政府四个主体分别分析促进大学生就业的对策。With the students＇number increasing,finding a job has become more and more difficult for college students.In order to give some ideas and inspirations to the ignorant undergraduate who is looking for a job,the article will talk about the status of students＇ difficult employment,analyze the reasons,and propose some countermeasures.It analyzes the countermeasures to promote employment of students from the angle of school,society,government and students themselves respectively.
