摘 要:在消费过程中,农产品的质量安全问题不容乐观。《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》引入了风险预防的立法理念和机制,但是生产者逐利心理的存在及农产品加工、储存、运输、销售等环节诸多,存在着影响农产品的安全性隐患。这影响到消费者的健康和生命安全,还影响到农业的可持续发展,进而影响我国农产品国际竞争力。本研究以法经济学为视角,为我国农产品质量安全的法律规制提供系统的理论支撑,并提供制度规制和构建层面的建议和对策。With the social-economic development and productivity improvement,the level of China's agricultural production increased substantially and agricultured provided a wide range products to people to meet daily consumption needs.There are security questions in agricultural products although the Law of the People's Republic of agricultural products quality and safety has been ensued and this law introduced the concept of risk prevention and mechanism.The questions of quality and safety in agricultural products should not be overlooked and in processing there are storage transportation sale pace and the safety hazards.This affects not only the health and safety of consumers but also the sustainable development of agriculture and competition in the international market.The article,from the perspective of law and economic,provides the theoretical support to the legal regulation to the quality and safety of agricultural products,system-level regulations and building proposals.
