摘　　要：人文关怀是高校图书馆创新意识的集中体现,从我校图书馆在服务工作中人文关怀理念的增加与实施,探讨了这一理念对高校图书馆的发展所起的作用,提出这一理论是今后读者服务工作的发展方向。College library humanistic concern is the embodiment of the innovation consciousness.From the university library service work in the humanistic solicitude of philosophy and implementation,increase the concept of university library＇s development,put forward the role of this theory is the future development direction of reader service work.
