铜精矿过滤添加助滤剂的研究

摘　　要：针对大冶铁矿铜精矿过滤滤饼水份高的问题，在不改变现有生产工艺设备前提下，进行了多种有良好助滤效果的助滤剂试验。试验结果表明，采用混合添加助滤剂可降低铜精矿滤饼水份１ ．８～２ ．３ 个百分点。文中对表面活性剂型助滤剂降低滤饼水份的作用机理进行了探讨。In view of the high moisture of the copper concentrate filter cake in Daye Iron Mine and under the prerequisite of making no change to the existing production technology and equipment,tests on the addition of with several effective filter aids were made and the test results have showed that the application of the filter aid mixture can reduce the filter cake moisture of the copper concentrate by 1.8～ 2.3 percent points.Discussion is also made on the mechanism of the filter aids of surfactant type in reducing the filter cake moisture.
