摘　　要：通过对体育与自护教育的关系研究,阐述了体育相关课目在中小学生自护教育的作用,并对不同学段如何在体育中加强自护教育提出了相关建议和一些实施方法,目的在于促进自护教育在体育教育中的构建,提高中小学生的自护意识和能力,以促进整个社会自我救护技能的发展。Researching on relationship of the P.E and the self-protection,this paper brought up the function of the P.E subjects to the self-protection of the elementary and junior high school,and expounded some advice and Implementation Measures how to strengthen self-protection in physical education in deferent terms.The Aim is to promote self-care education in physical education building,to improve primary and secondary students in self-care awareness and ability to promote the development of social self-rescue skills.
