摘　　要：《思想道德修养与法律基础》课是培养和提高大学生思想道德素质与法律素质的一门主要课程,如何全面提升教师的综合素质、创新教学内容、手段与方法、培养学生的能力是值得我们探讨的一个重要课题。＂Ideological and moral cultivation and the legal basis＂ course is a course to train and improve moral quality and the legal quality of college student.Thus how to update the concept of teaching,comprehensively enhance the overall quality of teachers,innovative teaching content,means and methods is worth discussing.
