摘  要:目的探讨室内外空气污染对学龄儿童外周血淋巴细胞凋亡早期的影响。方法于2008年4—5月运用现场采样结合实验室检测调查太原市两路口空气污染状况,选取其中重交通污染区小学生94名和轻交通污染区45名作为研究对象,采用调查表调查个人一般情况、与室内污染相关的因素以及家居环境状况。采用Annexin-V-FITC/PI联合探针染色,流式细胞方法检测学龄儿童淋巴细胞处于凋亡早期的百分率(经对数转换接近正态分布)。结果单因素分析发现,重交通污染区学龄儿童淋巴细胞凋亡早期水平为(4.397±5.514)%,轻交通污染区学龄儿童淋巴细胞凋亡早期水平为(2.099±1.137)%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重污染区被动吸烟组凋亡早期水平为(2.802±1.421)%,高于轻污染区被动吸烟组[(1.871±0.403)%],且高于重污染区无被动吸烟组[(2.499±1.148)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻污染区一年内无装修组凋亡早期水平为[(1.979±0.422)%],低于重污染区无装修组[(2.648±1.223)%],且低于重污染区装修组[(2.954±1.858)%],重污染区装修组凋亡早期水平高于重污染区无装修组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论交通污染、被动吸烟、室内装修均可诱导学龄儿童淋巴细胞凋亡早期水平增加。Objective To investigate the effect of indoor and outdoor air pollution on the early apoptosis of lymphocyte of the school-age children.Methods Ninety-four school-age children in heavy traffic polluted area and 45 in light traffic polluted area were selected as the subjects from April to May in 2008.The air pollutants of the two areas were measured with methods of laboratory testing.Personal information and indoor and outdoor factors related to air pollution were investigated by questionnaire.The early apoptosis of lymphocyte was measured by using flow cytometry(Annexin-V-FITC/PI joint probe staining) and the data was treated by logarithmic transformation.Results By single factor analysis,the early apoptosis of lymphocyte of the school-age children in heavy traffic polluted area was(4.397±5.514) %,in light traffic polluted area it was(2.099±1.137)%,with significant difference(P0.05).The level of the early apoptosis of passive smoking group in heavy polluted area [(2.802±1.421)%] was significantly higher than that of passive smoking group in the light polluted area [(1.871±0.403)%] and that of no passive smoking group in the heavy polluted area [(2.499±1.148)%].The level of the early apoptosis of no indoor decoration within one year group in light polluted area [(1.979±0.422)%] was lower than that of both group in the heavy area.The level of the early apoptosis of indoor decoration group in heavy polluted area [(2.954±1.858)%] was higher than that of no indoor decoration group in same area [(2.648±1.223)%] and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The data distributions of fuel type and the exhaust equipment installed were unbalanced and the analysis in this study should be interpreted with caution.Conclusion Traffic pollution,passive smoking,indoor decoration and the use of coal products fuel can induce the early apoptosis of lymphocytes of the school-age children,exhaust equipment installed can reduce the early apoptosis of lymphocytes of the scho
