摘 要:目的探讨饮水型砷暴露是否影响儿童的智力发育。方法通过计算机检索和手工检索国内外1990—2010年发表的相关文献,进行质量评价后按一定标准筛选文献,得到有关研究饮水型砷暴露与儿童智力发育之间关系的符合标准的4篇文献,应用随机效应模型和固定效应模型进行综合的定量分析。结果经Meta分析一致性检验,各研究结果不同质(χ2=13.41,P<0.05),支持随机效应模式,其合并标准化均数差(standard mean difference,SMD)值及其95%可信区间为-0.25(-0.48,-0.02)。Meta分析提示砷暴露组儿童的智力发育落后于对照组儿童。结论长期饮用高砷水对儿童智力发育存在一定程度的不良影响。Objective To investigate the effect of arsenic exposure from drinking water on children's intelligence.Methods The papers on the relationship between arsenic exposure from drinking water and children's intelligence published between 1990 and 2010 were retrieved.A total of 4 relevant papers that were suitable for the inclusion criteria were included for meta-analysis.Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.0.Results Meta-analysis showed these papers were inhomogeneous(χ2=13.41,P0.05).Therefore a random effect model was used.The average effect scale(SMD=-0.25;95%CI:-0.48,-0.02) suggested a negative correlation between arsenic exposure from drinking water and children's intelligence.Conclusions Arsenic exposure from drinking water adversely influences children's intelligence.
