摘 要:用溶胶-凝胶法合成了一种纳米钛复合光催化剂并用XRD、SEM、FTIR技术进行了表征分析。以中压汞灯为光源、以胺类阳离子捕收剂十二胺废水为降解对象,详细研究了纳米钛晶体膜复合次数、捕收剂十二胺废水初始浓度和pH值对光催化降解率的影响。结果表明:对浓度为30 mg/L、初始pH值为6.12的十二胺捕收剂废水,光催化降解3 h,降解率高达99.67%。复合光催化剂循环使用10次后,降解率为97.49%。十二胺分子中主要的N-H基团已被完全破坏,中间产物及小分子产物也被有效分解矿化。The composite photocatalysts of synthetical nano-titanium were preparated by sol-gel method.Superficial characteristic was characterized by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The rate of photocatalysis degradation was investigated in detail and the effect factors are the layers of complexed crystal film of nano-titanium dioxide,initial concentration of laurylamine wastewater and pH with mercury lamp of medium pressure.The results showed that the rate of degradation for laurylamine wastewater was 99.67 percent as the concentration of 30 mg/L and initial pH 6.12 to be photocatalysed for 3 hours.The rate of degradation is still 97.49 percent after 10 times recycling used for composite photocatalysts.It was broken completely which were N-H group of difficulty degradation.The intermediate and small molecular products were catalysed effectively into mineralization material.
