摘　　要：通过对5.12汶川地震都江堰、成都、德阳地区房屋的震害调查,针对土(砖)木结构、砖混结构及框架结构这3种结构形式的房屋,归纳和总结了房屋的震害特征及其破坏原因,并对我国房屋的防震减灾研究提出了若干建议。In this paper,through the damage investigations to buildings at Dujiangyan,Chengdu and Deyang areas in Wenchuan earthquake on May 12th,2008.For the soil（bricks） wooden structure,brick-concrete structure and framework the structure of these three structural forms of buildings,the house earthquake damage characteristic and the destruction reasons are summarized.Finally,several suggestions about disaster prevention and reduction in earthquake for buildings are proposed.
