摘　　要：建设工程施工合同是建设工程的主要合同,是工程建设质量控制、进度控制、投资控制的主要依据。从施工承包方的角度,运用风险管理方法,对建筑施工合同进行风险管理,以提高建筑承包商的风险管理水平,促进项目风险管理的全面施行,从而保证项目的顺利实行。The construction contract is the main part of construction project contract.According to the construction contract,people can control quality、schedule and cost.This paper applied risk management theory to analyzing risk of construction contract from the sight of contractor,aiming to enhance contractor＇s risk management ability and ensure project success.
