摘  要:以肽酸丁脂和硝酸镧为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法、浸渍提拉法制备了一种La3+掺杂TiO2的新型光催化剂。应用于难降解的选矿捕收剂2-羟基-3-萘甲羟肟酸(H205)。研究了La3+掺杂量、pH、循环使用对光催化活性的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外变换光谱(FTIR)分析技术对新型光催化剂进行表征。结果表明:La3+掺杂TiO2能够显著提高光催化活性。H205溶液的初始浓度30 mg/L,以0.5%La3+掺杂TiO2溶胶,镀膜5次后经600℃焙烧的新型光催化剂在紫外光下进行光催化降解3 h,降解率为84.69%;而不掺杂La3+的降解率只有70.02%。该光催化剂可循环利用,重复使用10次后,降解率略有下降。The novel photocatalytic material was prepared with both sol-gel and dip-coating method as from Ti(OC4H9)4 and doping La(NO3)3.The material can be catalysed 2-hydroxy-3-naphthalene hydroxamic acid(H205)which is a difficulty degradation of benefication collector.The effect of different doping,pH and recycle times were discussed.The photocatalytic material had been characterized by XRD,SEM,FTIR.The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was greatly enhanced by doping element La3+.The rate of degradation is over 84.69% as 30 mg/L of initial concentration of H205,0.5 percent of doping dosages,5 times coating film of TiO2 crystalloid,roasted at 600 ℃ and photocatalytic action for 3 hours.The rate of degradation will slightly decrease as recycle 10 times.
