尺骨远端缩短截骨术治疗尺骨撞击综合征17例

摘　　要：目的:探讨尺骨远端缩短截骨术治疗尺骨撞击综合征的应用价值。方法:选取2006年4月至2009年4月共17例尺骨撞击综合征患者,采用Cooney腕关节功能评分系统进行评价,分析尺骨远端缩短截骨术的治疗效果。结果:本组按Cooney腕关节功能评分系统:术前平均为(69.6±7.3)分,可8例,差9例;术后评分改善到平均为(90.2±7.8)分,优9例,良5例,可2例,差1例,腕关节功能评分术前与术后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用尺骨远端缩短截骨术治疗尺骨撞击综合征,有利于缓解顽固性腕部疼痛、持物无力、腕部屈曲及尺侧偏曲活动受限等症状。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and value of distal ulnar shortening osteotomy in the treatment of ulnar impaction syndrome. Methods Seventeen patients were accurately diagnosed as ulnar impaction syndrome in hospital. The Cooney wrist scoring system was used to evaluate the treatment effect of distal ulnar shortening osteotomy before and after surgery. Results The results of wrist function determined by Cooney scoring system revealed that the mean was （69.6 ± 7.3） points, 8 cases were good and 9 cases were bad before surgery. After receiving the e distal ulnar shortening osteotomy, the wrist function score was significantly increased to an average of （90.2 ± 7.8） points （P 0.05）, 9 cases were excellent, 5 cases were good, 2 cases were poor and 1 case was bad. Conclusions The distal ulnar shortening osteotomy for ulnar impaction syndrome can contribute to alleviating the intractable pain, inability to hold objects, wrist flexion and ulnar deviation limited mobility and other symptoms.
