摘  要:根据钻进地层、井深、井温、涌水、漏失等因素,通过正交实验优选出PVM聚合物型无固相钻井液主剂与交联剂组分,确定了合理的配制工艺。该钻井液性能指标优良:漏斗粘度20~35s;API失水量8~18ml/30min;属于假塑性幂律流体,具有良好的剪切稀释作用;在岩石表面吸附速度快,对松散砂及风化碎石层的胶结能力强,能起到"下套管"的固壁作用;具有良好的絮凝钻屑聚沉的能力,维持体系无固相;能显著提高破碎地层的岩矿心采取率。Based on the factors of drilling strata,well depth and temperature,water gushing and fluid-loss and so forth,the components of the main reagent and cross-linking reagent for solid-free drilling fluid of PVM polymer were selected through the orthogonal experiment.Then a reasonable configuration technique is determined.The performance of this drilling fluid is excellent:20~35s of funnel viscosity,8~18ml/30min of API lost water;belonging to pseudo-plastic power-law fluids which goes with good shearing and dilute effect.It has a high adsorption speed on the surface of rock and strong cementing ability to loose sand and weathering rock layers,which plays an affirmative role in consolidating the well wall like using a well casing.It is capable of flocculating dril cuttings together so as to maintain the state of solid phase-free of the slurry system.The usage of this solid-free drilling fluid of PVM polymer can significantly enhance the percentage recovery of rock core from broken strata.
