摘　　要：阐述了开展征占用林地行政许可被许可人监督检查的必要性,分析了检查中存在的问题及发挥督促检查作用,并提出了相关建议。旨在督促有关部门依法查处违法使用林地行为,提高地方政府、被许可人和地方林业主管部门依法保护森林资源的意识。The article expounds that we can intensively track and supervise the implementation of administrative licensing,and analytes the role of the check and supervision.For punishing acts of unlawful use of forest land by the relevant department,we could enhance the awareness on forese resources protection of the licensees and the local forestry department.
