摘 要:设计搭建了一套跨临界CO_2水一水热泵热水器性能测试台,对该系统的性能进行了初步研究。测试了气冷器水流量变化对热泵热水器的气冷器出水温度(即产热水温度)、气冷器CO_2出口温度、压缩机吸气温度、排气压力、系统COP的影响。试验结果表明:1)跨临界CO_2热泵热水器可获得80℃以上热水;2)增加气冷器水流量可有效提高系统的COP。对气冷器的换热性能进行了分析,结合最优排气压力对系统COP较低的原因进行了分析,为下一步系统改进提供了依据。A CO2 heat pump water heater test apparatus was designed and built. The heat transfer characteristics of CO2 in gas cooler with water in double - pipe heat exchanger was experimentally investigated. The effects of variation of cooling water flux on heat transfer characteristics, outlet temperature of water, COP and CO2 temperature were analyzed. The influences of cooling water flux to heat exchange about CO2 side, water side, and the CO2 and water temperature matching was analyzed. Experimental results showed that the supercritieal CO2 heat pump water heater can acquire higher temperature of outlet water up to 80℃ than those conventional heat pump water heater, and the COP of the system increased with the increase of water flow rate through gas cooler. All the work was valuable for the application of CO2 heat pump water heater.
