奥尔芬-75与秋水仙碱治疗早期急性痛风性关节炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:奥尔芬-75,秋水仙碱对早期急性痛风性关节炎的镇痛效果,评价奥尔芬-75治疗急性痛风性关节炎的可行性。方法:106例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为奥尔芬-75(A=48)组、秋水仙碱(B=58)组,分别给予奥尔芬-75,秋水仙碱镇痛。采用参考视觉脸谱评分法疗效判断,同时观察药物不良反应。结果:A组早期镇痛效果高于B组(P<0.05);同时A组不良反应少于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:奥尔芬-75对早期急性痛风性关节炎有较好镇痛效果,不良反应少,值得提倡使用。Objective： To compare the analgesia efficacy and adverse events of Olfen-75 versus colchicine in the early acute gouty arthritis. To appraise the feasibility in cure acute gouty arthritis of Olfen-75. Methods： Raudomized study was performed , 106 patients admitted to the emergency for acute gouty arthritis 68 patients （A group） were assigned to treatment with Olfen-75 and 58 patients （B group） with colchicine .The therapeutic effect was assessed using visiou-theatrical mask scale and at the same time drug adverse reaction was observed. Results： The early analgesia efficacy A group showed significant to B group （P〈0.05） ,moreover the adverse events A group showed significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Olfen-75 was better effective in the relief of early acute gouty arthritis,and the lessadverse events,It be worth to advocate use.
