口服农药中毒患者插胃管失败23例处理体会

摘　　要：目的:提高口服农药中毒患者插胃管洗胃的成功率。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年10月口服农药中毒患者行洗胃术,插胃管失败患者23例的临床资料。结果:23例采取不同措施,全部插胃管成功,洗胃得以顺利完成。结论:分析插胃管失败原因,针对性采取相应对策有利于提高置胃管成功率。Objective： To improve the probability of gastric lavage for patients with drink pesticide. Methods： The clinical data of 23 patients failed in inserting gastric tube because of pesticide poisoning were analyzed retrospectively from Jan .2005 to Oct. 2009. Results： We succeed in gastric lavage perfectly on 23 cases because of taking different ways to the different cases. Conclusion： Taking the corresponding way can improve the successful rate of gastric lavage after analyzing the reasons of failing.
