摘 要:目的:比较六种秦艽甲醇提取物抗炎镇痛活性。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球诱发小鼠肉芽肿试验、热板法和冰醋酸致小鼠扭体试验。结果:粗茎秦艽对由于腹腔注射冰醋酸引起急性腹膜炎而产生持久的疼痛刺激的镇痛效果最好,达乌里秦艽对热刺激引起的疼痛的缓解效果最好,大叶秦艽对二甲苯引起的炎症反应的抑制效果最佳,而麻花秦艽对棉球诱导的慢性炎症反应的抑制率最高。分析结果显示,黄管秦艽和管花秦艽在镇痛、抗炎活性上与上述4种药典收录的秦艽没有显著性差异。结论:黄管秦艽和管花秦艽在镇痛抗炎方面可作为秦艽的替代品。Objective: To investigate the effects of methanol extracts from roots of 6 species of sect.Cruciata on the anti-inflammatory and acesodyne.Methods: Models of acute inflammatory reaction of xylene-induced mouse ear edema and the chronic inflammatory reaction of cotton pellet-induced mouse granuloma were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory activities of methanol extracted from the roots of 6 species of sect.Cruciata.The methods of acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were performed to investigate the analgesic activites of 6 species of sect.Cruciata.Results: G.crassicaulis had the best analgesic effect on the lasting pain stimulus caused by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid;G.dahurica had the best effect on pain relief caused by thermal stimulation;G.macrophylla had the best anti-inflammatory effect on the inflammation induced by xylene;G.straminea showed highest inhibition rate on the cotton ball-induced chronic inflammation.There were no significant difference between the six species on analgesic and inflammatory activities.Conclusion: G.siphonantha and G.officinalis could be used as the substitutes of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae.
