摘　　要：膈肌膨升症是一种少见病,而其中的局限性膈肌膨升症就更加的罕见。近年来,随着广大医务人员的临床病例报道,它已逐渐被人们所认识和了解。但对膈肌膨升症的概括性的文章还相对较少。本文就是要首先通过报告一例局限性膈肌膨升症,使大家初步认识它。然后再通过回顾有关膈肌膨升症的文献,对膈肌膨升症的病因、发病率、症状、分类及其诊断与治疗做出全面的讲述。从而使大家对其有更加深入、全面的了解。The incidence rate of diaphragmatic eventration is low,also the incidence rate of localized diaphragmatic eventration is lower.Recent years,alone with the reports about it by lots of medical staff,it has been recognized gradually.But generality articles about diaphragmatic eventration are absent.This is one article that reporting one case of localized diaphragmatic eventration firstly,which let everyone know it initially.And then to give all round accounts to the clinical presentatio,incidence rate、clinical manifestation,classification、diagnosis and management of diaphragmatic eventration,through reviewing literatures about it,thereby everyone could have an insight in it.
