摘 要:目的:建立测定曲美他嗪与人血浆蛋白结合率的高效液相色谱法(HPLC),测定曲美他嗪在人血浆中的蛋白结合率。方法:采用平衡透析法,结合HPLC测定曲美他嗪在人血浆中的蛋白结合率。结果:低、中、高3个浓度下,曲美他嗪的血浆蛋白结合率分别为14.7%,16.2%和15.5%。结论:本方法灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简单,能满足生物样品分析的要求。曲美他嗪与血浆蛋白结合率较低。Objective: To develop an HPLC method to determine the trimetazidine in human plasma and to analysise the plasma protein binding rate of trimetazidine.Methods: The equilibrium dialysis combined with HPLC was carried out to determine of the plasma concentration and plasma protein binding rate of trimetazidine.Result: Human plasma protein binding rates were 14.7 %,16.2 % and 15.5 % when the trimetazidines were low,middle and high,respectively.Conclution: The method of equilibrium with HPLC had the low binding power of trimetazidine to plasma protein with high sensitivity,good reproduction,simple management and fulfilling the require-ment of the biological sample analysis.
