摘　　要：抽取10家单位的实验用鼠170只,均在4～6周龄,断颈处死后,采集心脏、肺脏、肝脏、脾脏和肾脏,10%福尔马林固定后制成病理切片,运用显微镜观察各脏器的健康状况。结果表明绝大多数实验用鼠经病理学诊断为健康动物,而非健康动物以支气管肺炎和脂肪肝为主要病变,这可能与饲养的环境和饲喂的饲料有关,可通过加强饲养管理来改善。In order to investigate the health status of experimental rats,We collected 170 rats from ten different places in Beijing,these rats were aged from 4 to 6 weeks.All these rats were sarcrificed and their heart,lungs,liver,spleen and kidneys were taken and put into 10% paraformaldehyde solution for fixation,then,the samples were observed with optical microscopy.The results show that most experimental rats are healthy,few of these rats have bronchial pneumonia and fatty liver,which may be ralated to the enviroment and forage.
