矿泉水对ICR小鼠生长繁育的影响

摘　　要：目的通过对在一定时段内连续饮用矿泉水ICR小鼠生长发育指标的研究,探讨该矿泉水可能存在的生物学功效。方法实验组动物饮用矿泉水,对照组动物饮用普通城市饮用水,比较两组动物的繁殖能力、子代生长发育情况、主要脏器系数和主要内脏器官的组织学结构,并对实验数据进行生物学统计分析。结果实验组与对照组动物在各项研究指标上均无差异(P>0.05)。结论该矿泉水对ICR小鼠的生长发育没有不良影响,但尚未发现明显的促生长作用。Objective To Probe into the probably biological affects of drinking natural mineral water for about 2 months on growth and breeding of ICR mice.Methods Sixteen couples of ICR mice were randomly divided into the test group and control group and the mice in the test group were watered with natural mineral water and the mice with city running-water.The differences in breeding,growth,organ coefficient and structures of main organs between the two F1 generation groups were compared statistically.Results There were no significant differences in the previous targets between the two F1 generation groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The natural mineral water has no adverse effect on growth and breeding in ICR mice.But the acceleration effects in growth and breeding hasn’t been discovered yet.
