摘  要:采用基因测序的方法,对6种鳗鲡的COⅠ基因片段进行了PCR扩增和测序。结果表明,6种鳗鲡COⅠ基因片段的长度都为652bp,4种碱基组成非常相似,并且A+T的含量都大于G+C的含量。6种鳗鲡COⅠ基因片段核苷酸序列之间有105bp的差异,其中有18处发生碱基颠换,87处发生碱基转换。非洲鳗鲡和欧洲鳗鲡COⅠ基因片段核苷酸序列差异最大为54bp,同源性为91.72%,而美洲鳗鲡与欧洲鳗鲡COⅠ基因片段核苷酸序列差异最小为24bp,同源性为96.32%。MtDNA COⅠgene fragments of six Anguilla species were amplified by PCR, and the PCR products were purified and sequenced. The results showed that all the MtDNA COⅠgene fragments were 652bp for nucleotide sequence with similar base composition and the content of A+T were more than that of G+C. The base difference among six Anguilla species was 105bp, including 18 base transversions and 87 base transitions. The base difference between Anguilla mossambica and A. anguilla was the most in homology of 91.72%, however the base difference between A. rostrata and A. anguilla was the lost in homology of 96.32%.
