摘　　要：数字技术构建了国家精品课程数字化资源复杂的权利配置与行使关系。国家精品课程数字化资源著作权的行使主体包括著作权权利主体,也包括著作权的管理主体。国家精品课程数字化资源著作权的授权方式,应以国家精品课程著作权管理主体为主导模式。国家精品课程数字化资源著作权行使的利益机制,应保障著作权主体和相关贡献者的合法权益,并有利于信息资源的再创造,有利于促进社会进步。The digital technology has brought about a complicated rights-sharing and rights-exercising relationship of the digitized resource of national excellent course.The exercising subjects of copyright of the digitized resource include the copyright subjects and the administrators.It is advisable to construct a copyright exercising mechanism for national excellent course digitized resource,based on copyright collective administration mode.The copyright interests of the digitized resource should be shared by the copyright subjects and relational subjects.Furthermore,the application of the digitized resource should be benefit to create more information resource and make our society progress.
