2001～2008年广东省疾病预防控制中心举办基层培训班情况分析

摘　　要：目的：分析2001～2008年广东省疾病预防控制中心面向市县级疾控中心专业人员举办培训班的情况。方法：收集2001～2008年举办基层培训班资料和各年全省市县级疾控中心人员基本情况数据,用Excel和SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果：2001~2008年间,举办培训班期数分别为16、18、28、36、41、38、37和20期,合计234期,年平均29期;培训人次数分别为1460、1465、3228、3396、4067、3317、3636和2351人次,共22920人次,年平均2865人次。培训人数年增长量最大、增长速度最快的年份是2003年;年人均培训次数分别为0.20、0.20、0.48、0.52、0.62、0.50、0.53和0.34次。八年共提供7452学时,年平均931.5学时;共提供学分1092.6分,年平均136.6分。随着专业人员职称的升高,接受培训的机会增多;培训内容以传染病预防控制、病原微生物检验和突发公共卫生事件应急处理技术为主。结论：2003年非典疫情暴发后,广东省市县级疾控中心卫生专业技术人员培训迅速得到了明显的加强,培训内容重点突出,针对性强。Objective：To analyse the characteristics of the workshops conducted by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Guangdong Province（GDCDC） to train the professionals of the CDCs on municipal and county level from 2001 to 2008.Method：The data on the workshop and personal resource were collected from 2001 to 2008.Excel and SPSS were used to analyse the data.Result：During 2001 and 2008,the number of the workshop was 16、18、28、36、41、38、37 and 20 respectively with a total of 234,an annual average of 29.The number of trainees was 1 460、 1 465、3 228、3 396、4 067、3 317、3 636 and 2 351 with a total of 22 920,an annual average of 2 865.The number of trainees was increased greatest in 2003.The times per capita/year attended a workshop was 0.20、0.20、0.48、0.52、0.62、0.50、0.53 and 0.34 respectively.The total studyhour was 7 452 with an annual average of 931.5.The total study-score was 1 092.6 with an annual average of 136.6.With the promotion of the professional title,the professional had more and more chance to attend a workshop.The content of the workshop were mainly concentrated on infectious diseases control and prevention,pathogenic microbiology examination,and treatment of public health events.Conclusion：After the outbreak of SARS in 2003,the training of professionals of the CDCs on municipal and county level in Guangdong has been strengthened effectively.The workshops were organized in accordance with the needs of practice and the key content of the workshop was outstanding.
